Due to the custom nature of these wristbands, we begin creating your order immediately after purchase, ensuring everything is ready for your ultimate festival experience.

Please note, all sales are final. Once you've cut off your wristband, it's yours to keep forever! If your untouched, intact wristband isn't what you were expecting, reach out to us, and we'll ensure your concerns are addressed.

Realized you need to switch your shipping destination? No problem! Email us at support@soundcheckshop.com with your order number, current address, and new details. Be sure to do this ASAP - we can make changes until your wristband departs from our facility.

We're here to help. If your product arrives defective, shoot us an email with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll handle the issue by offering a free reprint or a suitable resolution, ensuring you're festival-ready!

Note: We can only replace items within 3 months from your order date. Post this period, SoundCheckShop cannot be held responsible for these issues.
